Because our products are personalized or made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds or store credit.
Please carefully review your order before purchasing. Customers are responsible for confirming all names, spelling, images, sizes, colors, materials, quantities, personalization details, and shipping information. We are not responsible for mistakes or low-quality images submitted by the customer.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error made by us or our production partner, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. If approved, we may provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. Refunds will not be provided when a replacement can be issued.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
